Product maintenance and upkeep:
1. Before starting up, check if the pressure of the gas source is normal, and generally maintain the pressure between 0.6-0.7Mpa. The wastewater in the air filter should be discharged regularly to ensure the normal operation of the cylinder. The connection between the clutch (pawl) and the driving cylinder should be regularly oiled to avoid damaging the parts and affecting the production quality and service life.
2. After the work is completed, let the heat sealed part cool naturally and clean the inside of the filling cylinder with hot water. Drain the water through the drain port or press the "filling solenoid valve" to release the water* Afterwards, clean the dirt on the aluminum plate to prevent premature corrosion and aging.
3. Regularly check for dirt on the sealing ring to ensure sealing quality.
4. Check if the grounding wire of the machine is in good contact to ensure safe use of electricity.
5. Before working, adjust the sealing temperature from low to high to ensure more uniform heat sealing temperature and better sealing effect.
6. If a fault is found, the emergency stop switch should be pressed immediately, and all the actuators of the equipment will be reset immediately. Then turn off the power, check the cause, eliminate the fault, and restart.
